I been using this company for a time, honestly the lack of professionalism with this company is obvious. The people that work here is very rude, when I ask for something to fix in my policy they didn’t do anything to resolve my problem. If you ask me to do business with Alamo Insuranse from Round Lake I will tell you stay away from them. Is so wrong that business like this exist.

Called at 6:35 til 7:02 today August 11 and kept picking up the phone and hanging up. I simply wanted to make a payment. If you're not willing to take phone call until 7pm you should probably change your hours instead of hanging up multiple times on paying customers. Waukeegan location

Nobody ever returns calls. They make all these promises but can’t even follow through with a simple callback. Just call the Waukegan office. They actually respond in a timely manner

Never call the Round Lake location. Absolutely unprofessional rude and snotty workers! Called to make a payment on an existing policy, the worker “couldn’t find” the policy with the name of the person, the name of the company, or the phone number. Yelled at me that she couldn’t help, Hung up on me and ignored the call back. Called Waukegan location and the gentleman helped within 3 minutes. Don’t waist your time with round lake.they never send the policy cards, have terrible attitudes and ignore your call when you try to make a payment.

Been with them for years . Always get a good price ,good insurance and never had a problem with getting any kind of help from the employees that work there. I really appreciate this place.
