These are the rudest people I've ever met! As soon as I walked in the building the receptionist is on the phone talking about Facebook threats and guns and makes me wait without even acknowledging me for 5 minutes. And then when I call the office, the absolute RUDEST woman I've ever spoken to refuses to actually help me. She asked me a question and in the middle of my answer, she interrupts me like I'm wasting her time. If you have to deal with Medicaid you would be better off applying online. They need a strong reality check there.

Every time I call they never pick up. They also never call me back!!😡😡
