We started with agent Tom H. in El Cerrito, up to until he closed his agency and retired. After Tom, we thought we would have a hard time finding an agent that will fit our busy & demanding lifestyle. Then Al Chen and his incredible staff came into the picture. The entire staff is proactive and is very responsive. Thank goodness we don't have to file many claims, but when we did; Al & his staff stepped up to the plate and delivered in a timely manner. I have worked personally and mostly with Assistant Office Manager, Maria. Maria is a superstar, and I hope she knows I totally appreciate her. This past week, I have sent multiple emails to Maria regarding insurance certificates. Unfortunately, the company requesting them would come up with a new revision that they failed to mention prior. However, Maria has been amazing with completing the edits in a timely manner and with no complaints. My wife and I have been customers for several years and we have zero complaints regarding Al Chen’s office. We just want to say thank you much for all you do.
