AL Auto Insurance

Just moved to Decatur from out of state. These ladies here were the best. We looked into 2 other insurance company before coming to AL Insurance. Highly recommend!

My parents have insurance with this company for years. All the sweets ladies always treat us with kindness and they’re so welcoming. This place have a very good price I definitely recommend this place. :) I will give them 5 stars

If i could give no stars I would. All 3 of the women there know who my husband is and they know we are together and who i am they have been seeing us come in there for years together. I hate this place but its the cheapest insurance so thats where he wants to stay. But every time i go in there alone they even though my name is on the insurance they act like they can’t give me any info about our insurance like im a scammer or going to take info. Then when me and my husband come in they act all nice and do everything right. Im not saying it has anything to do with it but my husband is Hispanic and Im white. So who knows.

The agents were nice & courteous to everyone & were helpful one of the cheapest places to get insurance

I had a hiccup here and posted a bad review but it was easily sorted the next day. I was too hasty and jumped to conclusions on this review, but they sorted it out quickly, I'm just apparently an impatient jerk 😂 5 stars for dealing with me guys, I'm a hand full.
