I have used them for years, I always requested an agent that no longer works there because she was patient and nice. Never had an issue up until now when I called and this agent named Nancy was pretty rude.

Every time we have an issue she always try's to get us not to file a claim. We just got a new car and she took it upon herself to raise the deductible with no signature from the policy holder. I have emailed and called and left messages and she doesn't return calls or emails. I do not recommend Martha.

I've been associated with Nationwide in their agents for seven and a half years. Very professional and friendly handle all aspects of your needs over the telephone anything that needs to be signed can be emailed to you and sent back in. Very efficient at accomplishing your goals.

The Customer Service at Akin &Associates, goes without saying. They have always been, Courteous and Professional. Your issues are Their issues. To them You are considered like Family..

I'm not a huge fan of Nationwide, but I am a huge fan of Martha. She used to help my customers get insurance on their homes, when other agents were unable to find them a policy. So she writes for secondary companies as well. Many options and much expertise in this office.
