Whether it’s answering questions or assisting with claims, the process has always been smooth and seamless. Since being with Erie insurance I have had nothing but a great experience. It's cost comparable and service is top tier. I had 2 unfortunate mishaps and my assistance was with top tier help to get solved. My agent, Yolanda has went out of her way to make my Erie experience a great one.

I know a lot of insurance agents as a Chamber Executive, and I happen to work across the hall from Jay West at AJR insurance. Jay is the hardest working agent I know. Many agents write a policy and then any future contact is through the company. This is not the case with Jay. He goes above and beyond for his clients, a man who truly cares for the wellbeing of others. I have known him to go help someone on the side of the road while they wait for a tow truck. His clients are always so happy to see him! He works hard for them. I do not currently have an Erie policy because I have a young driver who has had some fender benders, but once he’s off our policy, I will switch based on all I’ve seen first hand.

Anytime, if ever I have an issue, question or concern, Yolanda Lewis always gets back to me very quickly and she makes sure everything is good to go before our call is concluded. I really appreciate her and all of her efforts.
