I recently purchased a used car. Justin and Seema (Justin Coulombe and Seema Saini) were a joy to work with in getting it insured. I called and emailed the office a few times before making the purchase; each time, they were quick to respond and very, very helpful. While I was at the dealership, Justin set my policy up in a matter of minutes. What's more, the coverages and premiums on my policy are more favorable than those offered by other providers. My family has been with Mr. Abdelkhalek's office for nearly two decades, and I'm glad I can continue that trend. Thank you for your great longtime service!

We are AJ's customer for some time already. Every time we have issues/questions, we contact them and mostly we have immidiate response. This time, my daughter bought a new car and want to add to her policy over the weekend so she can feel comfortable to drive it this week. I called and left message, but didn't get resonse this time. So I call the home office of StateFarm to talk to their agent there. It was a long waiting time each time. In the middle the call of first call, it was dropped. Then I called again after long waiting time, I got connected again. I was told that my request can't be done unless my daughter is the owner. It's very fustrated that means we will need to deal with it via DMV. This morning, the first day after long weekend, we got a call from Seema, AJ's off
