Best insurance service I have ever had. After being with another provider for years and just getting the standard treatment, like I was just another number, I got in contact here and get personalized service. Switched all my insurances here and not only am I saving money but feel that they take care of my needs and are not trying to upsell me. Paola was great to deal with and on top of my concerns. Definitely recommend.

Absolutely appalling customer service. Zero stars if I could. I just had the most hostile and unprofessional phone call with a representative from this agency—calling me about a mistake THEIR former rep (GRACE) made when writing my policy, and somehow treating it like it was my fault. Instead of taking accountability, they blamed me, accused me, and then threatened to cancel my policy over something I had no control over. To top it off, the woman on the phone admitted she didn’t even have the authority to cancel the policy—yet still spoke to me with a condescending tone and aggressive attitude like she did. I moved to Key Largo, Florida in early May. I had on my long list of things to do -- change my car insurance from California to Florida. While I was finishing my drive across country, I got a call from Aixa.
