I entered as a walk in customer on a Friday in late June, 2019, after reading several positive reviews on Maps. My objective was to obtain affordable liability auto insurance, after mine expired with Pronto in June. Pronto is not an easy company to obtain information from their underwriters, so I am determined in going elsewhere. Right away as I entered, there was no receptionist available to usher me in as a walk in customer. The only announcement was the front door beeping sound here. So I found one seat only available in the lobby. There are not any comfortable couches here for people waiting. The lobby area was small with two lounge chaise chairs. It would be uncomfortable if an older person than me would have to wait long here to receive service. Well I waited for 15 minutes
