Loved my experienced with Mirna and aia Aguiar. She is so kind and easy to understand. She told me step by step what to do and took her time to talk me threw everything. I will always recommend her to people, and honestly I only write reviews when I think they deserve it and she sure does!

I've known Mirna for over 25 years, and she's always been a first-rate professional. I never saw anyone complain about the service she provided. But there is always someone who come to USA saying has a company in Brazil and wants things to be done in the Brazilian way. But she do not work like that. She is honest and very professional as I say. And for the uninformed ones, when you have to make a claim for any reason who does is the insured, the agent has nothing to do with that. Here is America and things are different.Be careful of fake reviews, things may turn against you.

If I could give negative stars I would. Mirna Aguiar is not an insurance agent or broker. She is an irresponsible and dishonest advisor that victimized my business partner. He unfortunately was recommend to this woman for help in finding commercial auto insurance. Mirna deceived him taking advantage of his language limitations. After a claim was made shortly after the policy was activated, Mirna promised to assist in the process. She misguided, lied and did absolutely nothing in the resolution of the claim. She also stopped all communication until I became involved. Eighty days later I began to investigate and resolved the issue. After I reported her to the insurance company she became offensive and disrespectful, leaving several lengthy, repetitive, bad-mannered messages. Please take this
