All of the staff was well-dressed. They are very, very kind, and they helped me to a 100% capacity. I am very, very grateful for all their helping assistance. Everybody had a smile, let them know they all should be blessed.

If you want to do any paperwork by phone, you'd better not waste your time. I called to change my insurance and cancel the one I already had and The lady (isavette) didn't cancel it and they deducted the payment from my account. I called Kemper to know the reason they deduct the money and they told me that they do not accept electronic signatures and the personal from Ai united insurance knows that. So I had to go to the office and selene help me and now I have to wait 2 0r 3 weeks to have my money back. They should provide better training for the staff.

Awesome customer service and very helpful. Took the time to find me cheaper rates and answered all of my questions. 10/10 would recommend!
