I had an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience with Agents Choice Title LLC. They completely failed at one of the most basic responsibilities of a title company: properly reviewing and disclosing property boundary and title issues. After closing, I discovered that part of the structure of my house is actually sitting on city-owned land. This is a serious title and boundary problem that should have been identified and disclosed before closing. When I reached out to them for help and accountability, instead of taking responsibility, they blamed the bank for asking to close early and said it was not their fault.
