Agency Specialists Insurance

I won't go here again and will take my buisness elsewhere. They apparently have so much buisness they can't possibly do a quote for a nes client. I dropped off information for a quote late on a Monday and was told they'd have a quote by the end if the week at the latest. When I called Friday I was told they got swamped and didn't have time to do the quote. When I dropped off the information I didn't expect a same day quote even though, when I walked in there wasn't anyone else there, but to not even look at quoting the policy until Friday then say you were to busy is unacceptable to me.

I’ve been getting insurance from Paul for years just had to make a claim on my sled Monday. I called to verify my insurance from them so I could get my policy. said I had coverage they emailed me all my stuff told me I was all set. called progressive said my insurance lapsed said they never received payment. I’ve been doing yearly insurance on my sleds for the past 4 years through them. I call make sure it’s good to get me to the fallowing winter every year. now Paul refuses to answer any of my phone calls. I talked to his daughter yesterday and said oh progressive sent you a letter stating they need payment which I never got nor even a phone call. I’ve always paid them and had them handle everything. now all of a sudden they are acting like there not my insurance broker. this is error of

I've had them for insurance for probably 10 yeas and I've never had a problem with paying to much
