I filed my claim almost 2 months ago now on January 18th. Immediately followed up with my agent to ask if more information was needed, because the website said I needed more information. Was told by my agent that the website was wrong and my claim would be processed in 14 days. Approximately 3 weeks after that I was told I needed more information, which I provided Immediately and was told it would be a few more days. About two weeks after that I was again told I need more information and that my claim was escalated. As of today still no update on my claim and am being told just a few more days. March 18th it will be 2 months since my claim was filed. Aflac is a joke. I pay for a service and cannot get my questions answered with anything other than just wait.
Very rude staff. All there feeder bugs are dead always have to track down to get help poor customer service.
The pizza doesn't have much sauce. Disappointed
