I wanted a quote for insurance. I called local office and Melissa was very nice & helpful. The owner of building & licensed agent Rashelle I believe was her name & she was rude. She stood there telling me how no one in company could help me and she was the owner and she knows more than her employees. A couple came in and they asked me to take another seat so they could help them. That’s why I didn’t think the system was down because she was able to help someone else. I literally said Shauna in Hartwell office was able to log in when Melissa couldn’t. She went mad. Last week she wasn’t in office and Melissa couldn’t get in system and Shauna in Hartwell office had to help. I thought maybe that was what was going on.
