I called about my towing and labor benefit on my policy to get an understanding how it works and the male agent was very rude in conversation. He needs training on how to assist customers. 4/16/2024

Emailed the office on Monday, Called the office on Tuesday, was told they would call me back with quote, Called the office on Wednesday left a message stating I was waiting for a call back. Not one person replied, didn’t even call me to say they couldn’t help me. Horrible customer service
