I had progressive insurance through affordable. The post office made a mistake and returned a piece of mail to progressive. They made a big deal out of it and insisted I prove where I live with evidence unavailable to me as I'm retired on a fixed income. After being with affordable for 3 years I thought a phone call would clear it up. I was told to either comply with progressive's demands or go with another company at additional cost. She didn't even attempt to help! I retired from the collision repair/refinishing industry after decades, not only working in it, but teaching it professionally. She had the nerve to say progressive was second to none!in paying claims ect! Progressive was one of the worst companies I'd ever had the displeasure of working with! Talk to anybody in the ind

I think Jill that runs the place up there is a great woman she tells you just like it is I ain't nothing hidden from you and I've never had a problem with the insurance company at affordable insurance I think it's a great place for everybody to get their insurance and that's just being honest
