We have used Affordable Insurance since 2003, and have been extremely satisfied with their services! Recently our home and auto insurance changed, and even before we received notice from the actual insurance company.. we received notification from Affordable Insurance in Marinette! They sent us a letter informing us of the changes, and were already on top of things. I went to their office, and within a few minutes everything was changed appropriately.. actually saving me money! Within reason we can go anywhere to get insurance, but we stay with Affordable for two reasons 1st they are able to be competitive and 2nd Nikki Marie offers great customer service. She has done the same for all the friends we have referred there. Never underestimate the value of great personal customer service!

Nikki Marie is always a great help and willing to answer any questions I may have. I’m able to make changes to my policy over the phone and get proofs emailed without having to spend my entire lunch break on the phone. Affordable continues to save me money on my policies every month versus going directly through Progressive or Gieco. I don’t shop around anymore because I know Nikki Marie has me covered!

Mike and his employees are well informed and helpful. They treat you more as a friend than as a customer. I know that I will not only get good value for my insurance dollar but that they will stand behind me in case if an accident or a claim.
