We have a house in the mountains that was insured through these folks and Allstate. I received a call this morning saying our insurance was canceled. I had no warning what so ever. Wes said I was warned multiple times via mail. I never received a single letter. I asked him what address he had and he gave me the wrong one. After I told him the correct address he lied and said that they had the correct one. I called Allstate directly and they also had the incorrect address. I understand that mistakes happen, but why lie? Not a very reputable business. I would look elsewhere if you want to be taken care of professionally.
