I called to get a quote from the broker there and she was very ignorant with me. I told her about that I didn’t have healthcare and I was trying to get it through my work and was having a hard time and I did have it and I did have a Life altering event, but she didn’t wanna hear it and hung up on me for a broker to do that that’s unprofessional, and in my opinion, she should be docked for that

Aetna seems to question every single thing the doctors want to do. Their own approved physicians on their list! Why are they on the list if they don't trust them? They call a ton of tests 'experimental' which is ridiculous. It's very frustrating and I feel they used to be a good company but have gone downhill in service and coverage significantly.

Over priced. Treats employees like garbage. Doesn't pay them on time, over charges for customers. Screws over new hirers left n right. Under trains employees and throws them in the floor and both the customer n the employee have to suffer for it. Absolutely horrible company to worwk for or be insured by. Avoid this company at all costs.
