Aetna in Newport

If you buy into First Health Aetna you will not be given The very important information that I could not make an appointment with a provider until after the first 30 days of my coverage. The first 30 days you were covered only in the in the event of an accident.. The customer service line that you have to contact and communicate with is not helpful and they could really care less. When I asked since I was short four days before the 30 days before the appointment I needed the girl on the phone told me to go ahead and give it a shot and see if they would if somehow I would be covered. I’m stuck with this until November when I can go back on the exchange and find another plan that hopefully has a little bit more concerned about a human being welfare
