Aetna Healthcare Plan.

My disabled child was discriminated against by Aetna Better Health of FL! I was told he was eligible for a care manager, so spent months trying to enroll him in the specialized plan. The staff was extremely rude, and one woman actually said “why do you need one? sounds like you have everything under control!” I hung up the phone at that point. I switched to CMS plan, and we are treated very well! They also offer assistance with housing, food and hurricane evacuation

This insurance is garbage, they deliberately delay your prescriptions, they do not reply back to the letter of necessities from the doctors, at all cost stay away from this insurance. If I could give you -5 stars I would.

Aetna is terrible when it comes to being reimbursed for gym memberships. They deny claims or say they never received the proper paperwork. They deny, delay and not pay!!! I switched to United Healthcare because of this issue.

Terrible experience - appeal specialist that was given to me was not what you expect to deal with. I am writing because I had saw someone else had written a review on the same specialist (Blacio, Jessica) and I thought I was the only one being given a hard time.. Not content with my experience at all, it is a shame. I was put on hold and under her breath I heard her say a negative comment about me being a pain in the a** .. it was alarming nonetheless :/ Sorry Aetna

WORST SERVICE EVER. I would give it 0 stars if were possible. I had the worst "specialist" to ever have dealt with - extremely rude lady. Not informative at all nor knowledgeable. PLEASE TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES ACCORDINGLY OR REPLACE THEM WITH ONES THAT ACTUALLY EASY TO COMMUNICATE WITH. Making the company look bad should not be an option. SHAME ON YOU JESSICA - good luck to anyone who has to deal with her for appeals!! Just awful.
