With this plan, I save money and feel confident about my health. Coverage is thorough, preventive services are included and claims are fast and easy.
Hung up on my 2x, and I keep getting calls from unknown, out of state& different cities, different numbers telling me they are aware I’m interested in bundling health and dental when I’m not. Seems like a scam, and when calling this location they don’t train people here very well. They don’t even greet clients the same way, and now won’t leave me alone after I told them to do so. Super unprofessional and possibly a scam. Since 16:21 they’ve not stopped calling me, even when I’ve told them to stop doing so from there FL number. I had to forward another call as I’m typing this up.
My worst experience with an insurance company ever. They don’t mind collecting my premiums but deny, defend and depose any coverage. They should be embarrassed but they’re not.
Aetna Medicare PPO is the absolute worst. I'm writing on behalf of my wife. Six years ago she had spinal surgery that included the installation of a titanium scaffold to support her vertebrae. She also had a laminectomy and spinal stenosis. She has been having agonizing pain recently. Her primary care doctor ordered an MRI. Aetna rejected the request and said she needed to first have a Xray and six weeks of physical therapy. She did all of that and the doctor put in the request again. They again denied it and she was told she had to wait until September 12. All the while she ahs been suffering terribly. Then they called and said that she had to wait an additional 30 days. This is absolutely crazy. What to do?
Oliver clarified my benefits and helped me go through the process smoothly.
