Advantage Title

I think personal interaction and managing expectations go a very long way towards running a successful business. I called Advantage with a title company question and asked for help. The staff who answer the phones are very accommodating. I asked if I could speak with someone, and was told to send an email, but that I would get a reply within 20 minutes. An hour or so later, I called back to make certain Advantage got my email, which they had. I was told Kathy Randazzo would be helping me. I hadn’t received a reply to my question yet, but didn’t expect one so soon. But, I thought I might get an acknowledgement of the email, at least. It’s now well into the afternoon of the next day.
