I had an issue with my mortgage company saying my insurance laps, and I talked with Pablo to resolve this issue. He was great, he identified the issue, said he would call my mortgage Co and resolve the issue. I said great. Then he actually called me back and said he talked to me mortgage Co, fixed the issue and the mortgage Co is going to reverse the charges and send me a confirmation letter. Pablo went above and beyond!
