Advanced Insurance Underwriters

We have a hurricane bearing down on us and I am calling simply to verify that our insurance is in place and active. Any company that works in Florida should be prepared for these types of phone calls for obvious and very important reasons. It’s impossible to get a live person unless you have the name for the directory. I only have my policy number. I don’t know who handles the account. I I I Called with my policy number and left my name, phone number and address for my home. Have not received a call back in two days. Storm is approaching and no respect to call somebody back when there is no time to fix it if we get within a 72 hour window. I understand they can be busy but no excuses for not calling someone back within 48 hours. I will be filing a complaint with the Better Busine

I spent more than two days hours at times calling and calling the office number. Their phone number does not even have an option to speak with customer service. I left voicemails and still no one call back.

Very poor service, I have been trying for weeks to get my refund from a policy I cancelled, I am getting the run around with answers, no refund as of Feb 14, 2018, it has been 6 weeks. UPDATE, I called again and got the manager and FINALLY received the check, they had to overnight it to me. It was too much work just to get the money they owed me but at least I am done...

Be careful with this group! They like to spend their customers money on expensive restaurants. They drink too much and use foul language for the whole restaurant to hear all while wearing shirts that represent this company. Embarrassing!
