This is the worst insurance agency ever. I've been a Nationwide client for years. I started using this agency when my previous agent retired. On 2 separate occasions this agency has almost cost me my coverage. 1 was when I switched my homeowners policy through him. He took my check, set up automatic payments, etc... but never submitted the policy. So, I was having $$$ removed from my account and didn't actually have Nationwide as my insurance carrier. Nationwide, not this agency, was able to help me correct the situation and I got a refund from the other insurance company for their premiums. I had to do the leg work. No one from this agency lifted a finger to help. The 2nd was today when I found out that my policy had lapsed. No one from the agency called me about this issue. Again, a ph

This agency cost me my insurance coverage. Zero communication whatsoever! Even trying to fix the matter I had to chase these guys around. Moved my business to a different agent that was able to resolve the issue within no time! Would not recommend.

Poor customer service!!!! I’m so happy I changed insurance I’m saving so much money on car insurance! I would never go back definitely rip offs here!! Nationwide is not on your side!!!!

Service is good. Phone service is horrible. Voicemail talks sooo slow and doesn't give you a direct option to talk to someone. Couldn't ask them a simple question. On to the next place..

Been a Satisfied, Happy Nationwide Customer since I turned 16yrs old.., I'm 53 now..
