Did a great job in getting my benefits going and keeping me in the loop. Karina Acosta a supervisor did step in and help get my claim on track and expidited this was my first time with short term disability insurance and Karina helped make the process painless and even took the time to expedite the first check. Much thanks to everyone involved in the process.

If I could do negitive stars I would! This is the sorriest insurance in time! They told me my Dr was in network and my checkup would be paid in full bc it was all wellness! I received a $2250 bill from hospital and they paid $225!!! Now is dodging my calls, denying my info and saying the $225 was a courtesy!! Uuuggh! I owe this money but yet the insurance is attempting to say my Dr is out of network and they won’t pay!

Do not use this company! I wish I could give negative 1000 review like someone else stated. You will send them what they requested only for them to send a vague letter another month later asking for what you've already sent them to their generic email intake box. They sweep things under the rug to disappear and have to send more emails of the same thing you've already sent them. They process things incorrectly and never call you and then you are again resending to their generic mailbox or waiting on hold for 30 minutes to speak to someone. Claims for my daughter's sports injury from 3 months ago and sending to them 5x have still not been paid. I dont understand how this company is still in business. Seems like a scam!

This is a terrible insurance company. They try every trick int he book not to pay. They denied initial claim saying its pre-existing and when I reminded them we bought pre-existing coverage they've been trying every other trick. Classic example of bad insurance tactics.....can't believe they will put people accessing healthcare through this....its a basic human right. I wish I knew they were the administrator before purchase.

I received two checks in the mail from them. I just went on family leave in September with no pay you cannot apply for out of employment. I’d like to know what do I do with these checks? Do I Call the bank and find out if they are legit it’s chase Manhattan bank
