He is very rude to customers. Do not opt for his services for insurance. Better off go with another agent or call the company directly.

Allstate has been there for myself & my family for I don't know how many years. We count on them for all our insurance needs. Mr. Adel Gobran has undoubtedly the most professional attitude and a very happy disposition. No matter how busy he gets, he always makes the time to answer my call, call me back, or in some cases email me an answer to a question. I have called Allstate to give me a new Agent and they had and then this guy still shows as my agent. No big deal, except that if I need to speak to him. He is hard to understand and when I had to file a claim and I am on the phone with an Allstate claims rep and they 3 way call this agent to ask about my renters policy. He says call the policy department and he would not be of any help. How is he my agent and he can't help with a simple issue. The guy on the line apologized for him but it's this so called Agent Adel. Was of absolutely no help. I originally asked to get someone new before when my car insurance went up after moving.
