Entered their office and greeted immediately with a smile . The closing officer came out and immediately took us into a close door meeting. Each document were explained . We were guided to the closing process. As soon as we signed the documents , we were given an exact copy of all the documents that we signed. Check was handed to us. She ended with a statement of assuring us of after closing customer service. Good job to the closing officer and whole Team! The process took us about 10-15 minutes.
Sue is like THE best Title person. She's got great people working there with her. A+ SUE! Great work going above and beyond.
