Adam Haynes - State Farm Insurance Agent

I am writing this review for Emily. I not for her great service and advice I would have surely left State Farm. I have been with State Farm for over 20 years and recently have been disappointed with corporate decisions. I am very pleased with the personal customer service Emily has provided to keep me with State Farm. She is very valuable and whatever you are paying her Adam it isn't enough!!

Adam Haynes has be working with my wife and I for the last 12 years and we couldn't be happier. He has given us great discounts and answers are questions with ease. If he ever has a problem that he doesn't know the answer to he will find it and get back to us. I have been so happy they have provided very good coverage for excellent service and they have paid out perfectly for that coverage. I couldn't be happier with State farm. I recommend Adam Haynes 100%

I have been thoroughly impressed with this State Farm agency from the start. Their customer service is unmatched every representative I've interacted with has been knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely concerned about my needs. They are the best around!

Had policy canceled and problems with auto payment multiple months in a row. Customer rep promised a call back but it wasn’t delivered when promised. It was reason enough for us to switch providers.
