I have been with State Farm for a very long time, only reason that the wife and I left, for past couple of years our car insurance premiums seem to go up or stay the same every time renewal is due.....People in the office were good to deal with...no issue with the customer agents, just State Farm in general who seems to be in all the news about refusing to pay claims from other customers......

He educated me in a way no insurance agent ever has on the ins and out of the coverages I already carry, what I could do to get the most out of them, and advised on additional options and their benefits, drawbacks, and costs. He spent the time needed to ensure I left with results I am happy with at the most affordable cost possible, without trying to push or oversell. Highly recommend.
