I have been dealing w/ Patty Hull as my insurance agent for many years. She is always thoughtful, professional and polite. She is very knowledgeable, and is always quick to respond to any inquiries I might have. She even knows me well enough to give me a heads up before my bill is due!! I have compared CIMA rates w/ USAA, Liberty, and Progressive for auto and home, and CIMA always comes out on top. The only down side is they don't insure - ahem - cars I shouldn't be buying in the first place (ie: AMG Mercedes and Porsches).

They are great until you cancel you policy then they are horrible at getting your refund processed. I canceled a renters policy in December 2023 and STILL waiting for a refund of approximately 125.00.

Jennifer was so pleasant and professional to speak to when I was buying short term accident insurance for my upcoming production. I would highly recommend this company.

The Kesslers are not helpful. I look forward to changing Insurance providers so I won't need to deal with them anymore.

Jennifer was very responsive & helpful, offered to forward quote versus me having to resubmit, and did so quickly.
