March 2025 They’ve gotten too big. I used to be a real client and knew the agent I was dealing with because that person had been my agent for many years. Now I’m a file and am being shifted around to different agents in different departments and durjng a critical time for one of my policies. Cannot reach an agent by phone or email now. Totally unresponsive. Why leave BNC and join up with the behemoth known as Acrisure. There is no longer any personal attention nor accountability. I hope someone can recommend a broker for me to switch to. Thank you, in advance.
Made my girlfriend fill out lengthy paperwork for an auto policy before telling her she needs to purchase all three insurances because they wont sell her only auto. This is after I made it VERY clear that she was interested in only auto.
I had such wonderful help from Elzbieta K. Simone. She is polite and rectified the situation in no time! Everyone should be as good as she is. Barbara Carlucci
The agent was wonderful! She was very helpful and made the claim process very easy. And just a week after calling to put the claim in, the check was in the process of being cut.
