2nd Edit: I initially gave 5 stars, but not only has Nancy not called me back, but I have yet to receive my new insurance information for my new vehicle I told her about on the phone a few weeks ago. I had even emailed the info and she said, no we only take calls now, so I'm glad I called but it's a shame Jim Wall merged, just not the same anymore. I miss Kelly and Tone!! Great employees and very helpful!!....at least they called back! AND I received my info within a week!! I've been going to Jim Wall for YEARS!! They recently merged with Woodcreek and a few others and so far I've been getting really great service. I'm so used to working with the other staff, but Nancy was really great and helpful.

Jim Wall Insurance agency is TERRIFIC. Kelly is the bomb! She has been handling my vehicle and home policies for 7 years. Great service and personal attention. If you have any questions, she gets the answer for you ASAP. And very reasonable insurance rates. She is always finding ways of saving me money while making sure that I have the absolutely best coverage. Highly, highly recommended.

Cust service is no longer available. I could not get through to a person to file a claim for a broken windshield. The transfer you to a company they work with. Left messages everywhere to track down a real person to bypass their company as i already scheduled with my preferred glass company. I spent over 2 hours trying to get help before my appointment. All woodcreek is good for is selling you a policy, making their commissions and then ignoring you when you need assistance. Everything nowadays has to be done online with no options for the customer. Looking for a new insurance company.

I’ve been a client 28 years, neighbors tree fell and took our fence out in March of 2022. I have now just gotten it replace, only help from Mercury was a tiny little round bandaid to cover pennies! Ridiculous I have to pay $2200 for a fence that wasn’t damaged by me?? It’s things like this that make us shop elsewhere for insurance. Thank for????????

Just saved $60 a month switching to geico with the same coverages. These people are incompetent. Closed randomly because they only have 2 employees. Open late because the office manager can't make it in on time. Ever. Don't go.
