We have had a great experience with Gulfshore since buying our home in 2019. With the chaos that is Florida homeowners insurance in addition to a recent claim, we had a real rough time at renewal this year. Our agent Nikki, gave us a heads up so we wouldn't have a heart attack before our renewal notice arrived. She searched for better options and actually referred us to some other agencies who had access to different insurance companies. She truly had our best interest in mind even though it was in opposition to hers. She offered to review any quotes we received and advise us and I took her up on it. I had an issue with the Insurance Portal, turned out to be my error. Jess was extremely persistent in making sure the problem was solved to my satisfaction, as quickly as possible.
