Really disappointed that Mclaughlin has been acquired by Acrisure. My family has been clients of them for decades. The quality of the service they provided did not carry over to Acrisure. I have had a terrible experience with one of their agents when switching my policy from Maine to Massachusetts. None of the agents are on site and you get passed off to multiple incompetent people instead of working with one qualified agent. Front desk staff is nice, but that's the only positive. Considering ending our relationship with this agency because of this.
