My experience with Seacoast Insurance was a very positive one. Kate, the agent was very through and delightful to work with. I highly recommend their company for all your insurance needs.

Absolutely horrible stay away. Horrible customer service ...no follow through... Raised my premium by $5000 without Approval or even contacting me.... When this was brought to their attention they blew it off and was a nightmare getting this settled. There are much better companies with much better customer service on hilton head.

the worst customer service I ever experienced. seacoast cancelled my property insurance with no notification they were going to do so. I didn't receive any form of correspondence from seacoast or my broker. I tried to contact seacoast via telephone and got no response. Then by email and I received a automatic response with a incident number. In my opinion seacoast should have contacted me before cancelling my policy and i would have gladly provided them with all the photos they wanted. i hope seacoast and I can do business in a professional manner. I also blame my broker. I want to know why wasn't I contacted prior to cancellation , and who is responsible. I am going to contact the Florida Insurance commission this morning to file a complaint.

I have been a customer of Seacoast Insurance for several years and have always found their service to be extremely timely, professional and friendly. Also, I work in the Vacation Rental and Real Estate industry and always refer my owners and clients to Seacoast Insurance!
