If I could give no stars, I absolutely would!! The customer service here is terrible!! I have been calling for 2 months regarding the renewal quote I received and no one ever contacts be back after repeatedly being told someone would. Since they switched to Acrisure it has been absolutely terrible! Do not trust there customer service skills, no one will call you back. I really was trying to be proactive about my renewal so they don't pay over 3000 dollars for my new quote but no one has respect to follow up and call back.

If you go with this company make sure you know when it's your renewal time and be proactive. On the 1st renewal I had to do some repair work for insurance renewal and Rockland did not inform me until a few days before my policy was set to expire. These folks are bad when it comes to communicating answering emails and advising when your policy needs attention. On one occasion they were sending my policy and personal information to an email that wasn't mine. I hear they are working from home, perhaps they are enjoying a little too much of The Price is Right.

Excellent personal customer service! In all my interactions with Rockland, I have found their team of professionals to be very knowledgeable and responsive. As a new homeowner, I particularly appreciate being able to communicate to a professional who will take the time to personally respond to my questions and concerns - a trait which is increasingly unique, as other large agencies move to automate their customer service with chatbots and FAQs!

Rockland gave us catastrophic outcomes. No follow up on our claim. Dead customer service number. Did not care my spouse had died only days before filing. I visited the office and it looked like it was run by a bunch of liberals. They had agents walking around in flip flops and casual wear. It felt a bit like going to one of those teen oriented stores at the mall. You are far better off with a company like State Farm. I was referred to Rockland by my realtor at Coldwell Banker, Patricia Muska. I never should have listened to that woman. She lived in a very rich part of Sugar Land and did not care about our long-term outcomes. She was just trying to make a sale and everyone she referred to paid her referral fees while we got a house I later found had drug dealers and addict living next door

Great service from Joseph. Put together a quote fast, meeting and exceeding in many spots my current coverage with another insurer I had, that carried a much much higher premium. He saved me almost 50%. He sent the forms to start gn, got payment and had me done in less than a few hours in one email and one phone call. I can't see how you can possibly do better than that!! I'd say your crazy not to at least give him or Rockland 10minutes of your time to run the numbers and shop around. Right now any extra money is truly welcome money.
