Tried to get a quote for auto and homeowners. Provided current insurance coverages and limits in person on Tuesday and was told I would have quotes by the end of the week. Since I was not contacted, I called on Friday and was told all the quotes were not in yet but I would have them by Monday or Tuesday of the following week. I received no contact by the end of the day the following Tuesday, one week from when I went there. I had not received any quotes. On Wednesday, I received an email requesting license numbers and birthdays. There were no quotes in process for a week. THe quotes were going to be initiated on the 8th day.
