Unfortunately I cannot recommend this company. Peter, the owner had been hired to do a title search. The search came up basically clean but with one, already cleared, past mortgage noted. All he had to do was to have this removed so we could close our deal. We waited 30 days, no explanation of why it was taking so long, and then no returned emails. Because of him, I lost my deal to sell my home. Completely unprofessional and irresponsible. Definitely stay away from this company !!
Very efficient, reliable and professional. They work super fast.. I had title for both my properties in a matter of days. I did not have any issues contacting them and getting a reply quickly even with the Covid-19. I would not only recommend them again, I would use them again.
