I have been working with Elaine (or rather she works with me) for years. She goes above and beyond to make sure you are fully satisfied and all questions are answered promptly, and thoroughly. She is a great agent, and acclaim is a great agency to go through.

Acclaim ( Elaine and Lori ) found me a great rate on car insurance that I wasn't able to find on my own. Both were so attentive and responsive, they have gained a client in me.

I have been with Acclaim Ins Co for several years. I find Elaine to be honest and will always get you answers in a timely fashion. Insurance is costly today but this agency will do all they can to lower your costs. It’s refreshing to know you can have the tough conversations and be respected.

Elaine goes above and beyond to get you the insurance you need. It's nice knowing you have her office to call when something goes down. Not a large company where you feel like a number. She actually cares and we need more of that.

Elaine, Lori, and Phillip are the people that you want to deal with when getting insurance. They go above and beyond to provide you with the best possible service. I'm typically not one for giving reviews and I'm not a fan of social media but I make the exception for Elaine and company because of the exceptional effort they expend which makes you realize that they're truly looking out for you! A rare thing in business these days!
