I had the pleasure of being helped by Diana at ACCESS, and she was truly outstanding. She went above and beyond to make sure I had the right resources and information I needed. Diana was respectful, courteous, and empathetic every step of the way. She really took the time to listen and understand my situation, and her kindness made such a difference. It’s not often you come across someone in social services who combines professionalism with such genuine care. I’m very grateful for her help and highly recommend reaching out to ACCESS—especially if you have the chance to work with Diana!
