I would give a zero if I could. Called for homeowners insurance gave all my information was told they would call me back. Got a callback asking for my auto information. Had no record of my earlier call. Same happened with freeway. Don't use them.
Kimberly with the Winter Haven location is a hero!! She has tremendous customer service adequate!!! She is the best and there is no denying that!!! She has helped me in so many ways and continues to shine. Ask for Kimberly if need insurance!!!
