Today I was so stressed out until I called and spoke with Vanessa and she helped me tremendously. She has so much patience for my frustration. She got me a great rate. She made me feel at ease and not forced into anything with the beginning of the conversation she made sure she’s listen and understand what I needed. I’ll give them a five star and recommend anyone to get insured with aspire.

I dropped by at the office of Acceptance Insurance in Vallejo a couple of days ago to renew my vehicles coverage and Lorena was there to assist me. She's very professional and service oriented person. She did not only help me renew my vehicles coverage, but helped me find a way to reduce my payments that I really appreciated it. I have been in Acceptance Insurance for about a decade now and I'm always happy with their services.

I have been a long time customer at this location, so i have seen the change over time. This new manager they have is nothing short of AMAZING. Asa knows her stuff ! Not only is she fast but she educates as she does everything and she explains it QUICKLY. There could be a line and Asa will get us all out in under an hour. All while she is personable with each customer. She walked my son through getting his first insurance policy on his own and explained each coverage and what they are used for and why they where important for him to have and got him the best quote in town ! That girl is amazing. A true blessing i tell you
