Jacqueline helped me out so much and was able to get everything straightened out for me. She went above and beyond even though I thought I sent all the information of having prior insurance before swapping over, I received a bill in the mail for an additional $230.00. I sent her all the information I had even the agent I used to have phone number over to her and she did all the foot work for me and was able to get my money reimbursed back to me. I was so thankful for her going out of her way to help me and her attitude was never ugly, never did I feel uncomfortable during this whole interaction. I highly recommend her, she goes above and beyond to help people. More companies should hire people like her with manners, exceptional customer service, and that works well with their customer
