They will have my business for life since they are not beholden to any specific carrier and will reprice my policies whenever I like!

Ever since I've been a customer here, the quality of service has been minimal. Even though I no longer live in the area of the office, I've been told I have to come into the office to receive service. Now, lately, they'll answer the phone and tell you they'll call you back, but never call back, then try to cover themselves by lying about anything that will seemingly cover their back. Today, was the straw that broke the camel's back. I called 3 times yesterday, being told I would receive a call back, then never did. I was then told I would be called at 9am today, to receive a call at 10am, which defeated the purpose of my call altogether... They say they're too busy, so, I say stay away, they don't need your business anyway, they don't have time to help you. I wanted to select 0 star

I'm an insurance Agent at a different agency and have my insurance with All Cars. I love coming in to visit and all the ladies that work there are always so nice and willing to help. Definitely recommend, best price in town for on the road insurance.
