Highly unprofessional. Michael has no regard for the law and will trespass. Good thing for cameras. We ended up making our payment and we dont have to deal with these fools anymore.

Sadly, my car was repossessed, but dealing with very kind and professional representatives of this company helped lessen the shock of the entire situation as a whole... down to the storage fees. Important to note when getting your release via the sheriff's dept... make your phone calls first and speak with a live person, as a lot has changed since COVID - despite the recorded instructions given over the phone. You'll be glad you did!

4552 auburn Blvd suite A right next to the smoke shop hidden in the corner "metro parking lot" . Just so your not given the run around . They stole money from my wallet and my daughters brand new DSI and couldn't get there story straight when I asked what happened to it and my money. Horrible place both women look like they were high on drugs. Worst part is they threw all my stuff in garbage bags and wouldnt let me go through my truck to see what was missed.

I had a few issues that occurred that led me to this place. Nevertheless, the lady at the front desk with the black hair was so professional treated me like a person worked with my schedule and was kind I appreciate her. God bless you hun🧡
