I been getting ripped off for over 5 years with their hidden agent fees as high as $500 each 6 months people look at other places talk directly to a insurance agent not some third-party middle men brokers.

I have been with above all insurance for over 20 years. Just about I believe when Monica first opened this business I'm sure she remembers me. Unfortunately. You know she has grew over the years and has several more over the valley. However, I have never been so hurt and upset. This is the first time that I have not been notified that my insurance was not paid. I got a letter from ADOT in the mail. I have automatic withdrawals coming out of my account. I never received a phone call. I never received an email and then the guy that you have working in there is so rude. Did not or was not concerned with my concerns as to why I didn't receive phone call. Apparently you don't do that but I never received an email neither from my insurance company or from you guys and then he just says well. Wou

Pretty rude! Hung up on me and then stop answering the phone! I just tryna get some insurance for my car and this place was highly recommended by a couple friends so I gave them a call to make an appointment. Pretty shitty customer service.
