Kinda shitty company. Can barely do anything without having to visit a brick and mortar location.

I had a customer telling me the other day, how she appreciated me taking the time to work her quote several diffrent ways and with several companies to find her the best rate. She said if her computer was working correctly she would give us a 5 star rating.

It's ok they have been there when I needed them .The only thing is they are not like they were a few years ago when you got to the next year to renew your Inc with them it was a little cheaper and the next year to renew it was a little cheaper again and so on .But now it goes up and you don't get rewards for no accidents. And nothing for being 60 year's old.

People aren't very nice that the customer service is okay I think I could get a better rate if I went somewhere else.
